Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do you authenticate your autographed memorabilia?
We acquire all of our autographed memorabilia items from paid athlete signings with licensed companies like Upper Deck, Steiner Sports, etc. Each item includes a Certificate of Authenticity, which is 100% guaranteed by Collectibles of the Game.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be new, unused, and with the original packaging and paperwork (Certificate of Authenticity, etc.). If an item needs to be returned, the customer must first contact Collectibles of the Game and receive a Return Authorization/Call Tag. We will arrange to have the item picked up by UPS or FedEx, or you may ship the package back and receive a credit for the return shipment. Please note: If a customer is returning at item to us on their own, they must obtain a tracking number from the shipping company. Collectibles of the Game will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

What if my item was damaged in shipping?
Unfortunately, sometimes items are damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item from Collectibles of the Game, CONTACT US immediately so we can have a new item shipped to you promptly. It is also important that you keep the original box and packing materials that came with the item, so we may file a claim with the shipping company to have the original item picked up.

When will I receive the item I ordered?
All sports collectible orders are processed promptly and shipped with urgency so you will have your item(s) as soon as possible. As some items are shipped from locations outside of our main warehouse, please review each item individually. Also, some sports collectible items are shipped directly from the manufacturer because they require made-to-order instructions (engraving, etc.). These items may take a few more days to ship. If you need an item expedited, please select Express or Next Day shipping, or contact us with any questions.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Google Checkout, personal checks, and money orders. If sending a personal check, please allow 10 days from receipt of payment for the check to clear. If mailing payment, please send to:

What if I can’t find the item I’m looking for?
Collectibles of the Game has thousands of sports collectible items to choose from, but we may not have the exact item you’re looking for or may be out of a certain product. If you can’t find something you’re looking for, CONTACT US and we will see if we can obtain it from one of the many companies we work with.

Does the information I share on your site remain confidential?
Yes. We do not sell or release your private information to any third parties for any reasons. We do offer to include your email address on our email list, but this is simply to receive special offers and notifications from us in the future. This is 100% voluntary, and will not affect your purchase(s) in any way.

Can I place an order over the phone?
